One successful run on a unique artist × venue pair. Identical re-runs within 24 hours are cached and don't consume an extra prediction. Failed predictions don't count. In team accounts (Agency / Power), predictions are a shared team total.
Refund & cancellation
Cancel any time. Service runs through your paid period — no prorated refund. Annual plans run through the end of your paid year, no mid-year refund. Credit packs non-refundable. Failed payment: 7-day grace period with email reminders, then account locks until reactivated. Anonymized historical data is retained to improve prediction accuracy across the platform.
